Warming Center Volunteer Training & Information Meeting (ZOOM)

As the weather gets colder, it’s time to prepare for the opening of Church Street’s Warming Center!  We are working diligently to be ready by December 1.

If you plan to volunteer with Church Street’s Warming Center this winter, we will be holding an information and training session on November 8 in CLC 120 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. During this session, we will cover details about our warming center, including the schedule and volunteer roles. The session will also include trauma-informed care training that will cover general information about our guests and their needs. All are welcome to join us and learn more about how Church Street is serving our community.

If you can’t make that date, no worries! There will be a remote session scheduled for November 9 at 7 pm.
