Our Sharing Shop
The Sharing Shop at Church Street is open on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month from 12 – 2:00 pm for our guests. On holidays when the church is closed, the Sharing Shop is also closed.
During the months of November and December, the Sharing Shop will operate the following days to account for the holidays: November 14 and December 19.
Volunteering: Church and guest volunteers work together to set up starting at 10:00 am at Sharing Shop (for example: placing tables for items and checkout, putting out chairs for our guest shoppers in the hallway, pulling rolling racks and containers to the gym, sorting new donations, etc.). When the shop is open, volunteers assist the shoppers in finding items and in handing out new items and bagging at the checkout table. When our guest shoppers are done, volunteers return everything to the Sharing Shop room.
