Living Forward - A Toolkit for Caregivers

Join the Church Street Parish Health Ministry Team, and our additional caring ministries at Living Forward: A toolkit for caregivers on Sundays, September 11 & 18 in Parish Hall. Together, we will explore the science, tools, and resources needed to assist those living with illnesses and their caregivers. This event is ideal for those who are in or expect to step into a caregiving role.
