Event Details
In addition to our annual Caregiver Seminar in the fall, Parish Health will be offering min-seminars throughout the year with pertinent information for your health and wellness needs. Each will last one hour and will take place immediately following the 11:00 worship service. There is no charge for these events.
Black Dog Fitness offers a full spectrum of exercise programs specifically designed to improve motor function and support neurological health. They are dedicated to helping people with Parkinson’s disease and stroke survivors live full and happy lives.
Their approach, which is highly recommended by the Cole Neuroscience Center at UT, has already made a significant difference in the lives of some of our members, as you will hear from Jeff King and Sven-Erik Hansson. You may even be invited to join them in some exercises!
Come out and join us for our first in a series of events designed to support you in your health and wellness goals.
